INCIDENT:- IM40898135(SUPPLY REVIEW > OTHER> Advice Conflicts)

For the following items the reason code conflict and/or behaviour is not working properly

• For Item F000079493 on location VIACCH06 the plant have selected a Global Reason code and normally the AMP reason code should have been selected automatically. In this case this is not the case and therefore the conflict is shown. I don’t expect that the AMP would have removed their reason code as these are items without AMP involvement
• For item F000160320 on MY01 both the Global reason code and the AMP reason code, no entry is selected, but the conflict is still shown (in the advice and the red box on the front end screen). Any idea why the logic is still seeing a discrepancy between the 2 fields without a reason code?

Analysis:

User has informed that there are issue in Advices for 2 Materials ‘F000079493’@ VIACCH06 and ‘F000160320’ @ MY01. We have checked in the OSCAR Database for the Advices.

For the Material ‘F000079493’@ VIACCH06:

• We could see the Global reason code conflict in the Advices Table and only Plant reason code is present for the Material.

For the Material ‘F000160320’ @ MY01’.

• The Global reason code Conflict is resolved.
