Visibility required for shared PAR for OME Region in PAR "Enter Ref" screen

PAR Box in case of shared SKUs :  Gulf and Levant markets in AFME are sharing most of the SKUs, they are distributed under Middle East Africa common pack. For the changes that are impacting the artworks for those shared SKUs, the PARs initiated in Epalms are under OME region as market, and this region is including :  United Arab Emirates, Bahrain , Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman ,Qatar.

Acceptance Criteria

For those 9 markets, can we possibly activate the "market" drop down in the "Enter Ref" PAR screen so user can toggle between the main market and the "OME Region" for shared packs ?

Main market still show as default value in the drop down but OME becomes an alternate choice if the PAR is not market specific but for a shared sku
