    Description

      As a PCM user, I must add only the very immediate next dependent field's rule ID in the CASCADE TO field. 

       

      Description - 

      1. Currently, the CASCADE TO column captures all the rule IDs that make use of the specific rule ID. This has to be changed such that CASCADE TO captures only the very next immediate step.
      2. Currently, the CASCADE TO field gets locked and cannot be edited for those rule IDs where Source and Target field is present. We need to make this CASCADE TO field editable, always. Make sure all the fields in the rule are editable, always. 
      3. The order of the columns in the table will be - 
        1. ID
        2. Target Field
        3. Source Field
        4. Lead time
        5. Cascade To
        6. GSC Type
        7. GSC Sub type
        8. Created
        9. Created By
        10. Updated
        11. Updated By
