Multi select dropdown for GSC type and GSC sub type

    Description

      As a PCM user, I must be able to select the GSC type and GSC sub type from a multi select dropdown list. 

      The GSC sub type must populate on the basis of the GSC type chosen by the user.

      The user must be able to distinguish as to which GSC Sub types belong to which GSC Type. 

      Group the sub types on the basis of the GSC Type. 

      Example - 

       

      GSC types chosen - MC, ST, NPL

      GSC Sub types - 

      MC
      Sub type 1
      Sub type 2
      Sub type 3
      NPL
      Sub type 1
      Sub type 2
      Sub type 3
      ST
      Sub type 1
      Sub type 2
