Enhance the SR/SCR table to show the potential sku details

Problem Statement:

As PCM SME, when using the SR exception in the eSponsor connector in the Inbox screen, I would like to be able to see the concatenated fields that make up the product description (the one thrown into UF2 when creating PCM from an SR) into the main talbe. This would help me identify what would the different sku´s be  right from the start, while we may see duplicated lines for a product country right now without know the sku behind it.

Similar approach would apply to the SCR table, where fetching discrete elements of description would not be necessary, but fetching the SAP description from MD could be displayed in the SCR table.

Acceptance criteria:

• "Dosage Desc: XXX; Primary Fill: XXX Fill UOM Desc: XXX; Strength: XXX; UOM DESC: XXX" concatenated field appearing as a column in the table after the country column (without the field description) or alternatively bring the independent fields in the table for SR (between country and status)
• Bring the SAP description fetched from our PCM MD in the table for SCR (between material and purpose columns)
