Special Filter for EU Regulatory Strategist - that can drill down to some specific SKUs

For EU regulatory strategist, EMA View needs to be created. 

As a EU Regulatory Strategist (User), I want to view either SKUs with EU License number or I need to visualize those materials that have recommendation decision as "Recommended + EMA", as I need to visualize those specific SKUs only

Given: I am on Supply Status screen 1

When: I click on filter or a specific button

Then: I will be able to visualize information specific to view either SKUs with EU License number or I need to visualize those materials that have recommendation decision as "Recommended + EMA"
