Supply Alert - Disconnect the dependency from API Site and DP Site when driving the SKU heatmap list

Problem Statement

In current state, due to master data quality for the API, DP and FG sites, the selection of SKU's show into the SKU heatmap appears sometimes shorter than anticipated.

Some critical sku's are not being listed because tagged wrongfully tagged to an incorrect site.

We would like the "API Site" and "Drug Product Site" to no longer drive the filter of sku's when generating hte SKU heatmap

Acceptance Criteria

SKU list in the heatmap is driven by the following attributes: Product, Regions AND/OR Markets, FInishes Goods Manufacutring Site

API site and DP site can still be populated in the alert through the drop down, but no longer influence the generation of the SKU list in the heatmap
