Data - PL -New Event Creation

Problem Statement

Users may need to create an event manually for specific cases.

To achieve this, we need to create a button above the detailed table. A new blank row will be generated, which will have 3 mandatory inputs, material, country, quantity.

The Material and Country selection should be dependent on each other i.e only a list of mapped country should be available in the dropdown for a material selected

There is a list of fields that needs to be updated automatically when the mandatory fields are entered.

Acceptance Criteria:

user should be able to create and save a new event after entering the mandatory input
