Daily refresh setup logic

Set up the daily refresh job to fetch data from CDM with the below logic:

1. If there are new launch, Insert launch record to NPL_Main and audit trail
2. If there are update in existing launch, Update the changed info into NPL_main

Acceptance Criteria

Daily refresh jobs should be set up to fetch data from CDM(Common Date Model) for NPL
