NPL - Daily accessment of CDM data

Problem Statement

The data needs to be updated and refreshed from the source (CDM, which handled by the UDH team), for this we need to set up daily refresh jobs with the required logic.

1. If there are new launch, Insert launch record to NPL_Main and audit trail
2. If there are update in existing launch, Update the changed info into NPL_main

Acceptance Criteria

Daily refresh jobs should be set up to fetch data from CDM(Common Date Model) for NPL
