Color code and tooltip for the changed dates / duration

Problem Statement:

When the start date or end date is updated by the user, highlight the cell in light orange color to indicate that a change has been made to the cell.

Similarly, if the change in start or end date ends up changing the 'Standard Duration' of the activity, highlight the cell to indicate that the standard duration has been changed.

Create tooltips for all the cells that have been modified by the user to reflect the standard and overridden values of the cell.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. the changes cells (start date, end date, duration) should be highlighted as soon as it is manually edited by the user
2. tooltip for the highlighted cells to reflect the standard and overidden values for the cell
