    Description

      Create the UI layout for the NPL Launch Timeline section.

      • If the ganntt does not fit in the initial screen widtch, check if it can be expanded into a pop up window to allow a complete full view rather than horizontal scrolling
      • Gantt chart is displayed in weekly buckets, only vertical lines to differentiate the month
