      Issue1:For some users "sub type" is disable for the subtype which is mandatory to create summaries
      Step: Open this url https://supplyiquat.pfizer.com/home/summary-view
      Step2:Click on 'My Application'
      Step3: Click on 'All Applications'
      Step4: select 'Logistics and Planning Service from drop down" from dropdown

      Actual: WCP Current Inventory Application card should display with out proper alignment and duplicate
      Expected: WCP Current Inventory Application card should display with proper alignment and unique
