      Given: User is in upstream SR and selected a material from alert overview
      When: User selects the material from PIR
      Then: Pulse button should be available in top section and user should be able to select and open pulse.

    Description

      1. Navigate to upstream SR from SIQ dashboard
      2. click filter and select a material from alert overview
      3. select the material in PIR

      Expected: Pulse button should be available.

      Actual: Pulse button is not available. refer attached snapshot
