Regression : Value Stream Mapping Issues

Issue 1: When Reasons are entered for Red color icons in all tab of Value Stream Mapping, error message related to the fields are not disappearing. it is disappearing only after refresh of screen or click on the tab of value stream mapping.

Issue 2: When reaching Multiyear projection section, Have to save Multiyear projection to have all fields enabled(Green color fields) otherwise fields are not visible.
