PCM - Events coming back with "Pfizer Biopharma Grp" as Business Unit Value (despite having been corrected previously)

Problem Statement

Approx 250 PCM records are coming as tagged with "Pfizer Biopharma Grp" as Business Unit value. This value is no longer valid and should no longer appear. Only valid acceptable values are:

• Primary Care Business
• Oncology Care Business
• Specialty Care Business

All previous NPL records were updated manually by updating the GRP value, which forced the BU / Sub BU values to update to correct values (Specialty, Primary, Oncology)... Nevertheless those records came back a few days later with the BU value restored as "Pfizer Biopharma Grp" 

Impact is high as impacting the NPL reporting to leaership.

Acceptance Criteria

• all records should be corrected to reflect the correct BU value
• procedure overwritting the BU value back to "Pfizer Biopharma Grp" needs to be identified and eliminated
