    Description

      As a WCP planner, I need the ability to communicate with different user roles using Pulse so that I can pass on the details to the concerned users about the shipments.

      Description: Option to open pulse should be enabled when clicking on a SKU record in the table. Pulse has to be enabled for communication of below types:

      WH2AMP
      AMP2WH
      WH2IOCS
      IOCS2WH

      AMP2IOCS

      IOCS2AMP

      IOCS2IOCS-Need to check

      Columns to be added for showing the comments in the bottom table for each view (Pre-exp, Curr Inv & Projections) showing details such comment, made by and time. 

      If a comment is made as part of a specific view (ex: Pre-exp), then the comment should be shown preceded by the view name (Ex: Pre-Exp: "xyz")

      Clicking on the comment should open pulse window with the comments loaded.
