      Given: ES user is logged in and uploaded VMR from heatmap homepage
      When: User click on download VMR
      Then: VMR file should be downloaded

    Description

      1. login to SIQ as External supply user and navigate to supply review heatmap
      2. click filter and select a material to load
      3. click on upload VMR and upload the VMR file
      4. After successful upload of VMR, select download VMR

      Expected: Upload VMR file should be downloaded

      Actual: unable to download file. refer attached VMR file and snapshot
