Rel 11.2 - Reg - SPA - Screen is frozen after Add initiative popup

1. Logged in user is BSL/PPL and navigated to SPA homepage from SIQ dashboard
2. Click on Add Initiative
3. enter any one value say GRP for the new record and click on any other SPA id in the grid
4. Information popup asking user whether they want to continue documenting or cancel the new initiative will be displayed
5. Click on Continue documenting

Expected: User should be navigated back to SPA page and the new row should be available for user to continue editing

Actual: Popup is closed but the screen is greyed out. refer attached snapshots "SPA Page not loading.PNG" "Add Initiative Information Popup.PNG"
