      Given: User is in supply alert homepage
      When: user creates new alert or open existing alert
      Then: supply alert header information page should be displayed.

    Description

      1. Login to supplyiq homepage and navigate to global supply alert homepage
      2. click on create new alert button and select supply alert level (local/Regional/global)

      Expected: System navigates user to supply alert header information page.

      Actual: Page keeps loading. same issue while trying to open existing alert too. refer attached snapshot 'supply alert.png'
