PCM - Data Consistency (Correction & Gate Keepers)

Problem Statement

Looking into the PCM data, we are observing some data inconsistencies for fields that are expected to have a restricted list of values.

Type of issues observed

• PCM records come up with "Not started" instead of "Not Started" status (second workd not capitalized)
• GSC Sub Type assigned not belonging to their preselection of GSC Type (ex: for GSC Type DIS, only "Local Discontinuation" or "Global Discontinuation" are allowed sub type values, but some records can be found with other sub types)
• "Pfizer Biopharma Grp" keeps on coming back as a BU Value while it should no longer exist (it has been replaced by Specialty Care / Oncology Care / Primary Care)

This task is a 2 fold task to:

• implement some validation rules, or ensure they are being applied
• correct the previous incorrect data
