Refine logic for TOP/STD PRIORITY to show TOP PRIORITY data (PROJECTED CSL and MKT CSL widgets) for any filter selection where a TOP PRIORITY is selected, including in scenarios where STD PRIORITY product(s) is filtered initially, with TOP PRIORITY products added later
