NPL - Duplicated codes in the Cur Fcode drop down, some leaving the AMP Planner name field blank

Problem Statement Please see enclosed video. User are trying to document Cur Fcode and are not sure which one to pick in the drop down as they see duplicates.  Picking one value may cause the AMP Planner name to document properly as expected, or not. Can we please investigate why those duplicate lines exist in the drop down? Acceptance Criteria No duplicate line in the Cur Fcode drop down The selection of the Cur Fcode forces the documentation of the contact section automatically
