User can select via radio button - annual or monthly volume

If annual, then % split to be used from backend 

If monthly, then sum of months to be used 

Acceptance Criteria1:
Budgetted Quantity popup contains below fields for the year1, 2 and 3.

Annual Volume: Editable field(If user selected Annually)
Each month Volume: Non editable field
Annual Volume: Non Editable field(If user selected Monthly)
Each month Volume: Editable field
System Quantity - When option selected user is able to see percentage set for Production Volume of each month(Which is used for Budgeted quantity calculation of each month when option Annually selected)
Acceptance Criteria2: User is able to select option Annually and once Annually option selected
Annual Volume field is editable and Monthly volume fields are not editable. Monthly production volume is auto calculated based on the percentage in the System Quantity.
Acceptance Criteria3: User is able to select option Monthly and once Monthly option selected. Annual Volume field is non editable and Monthly volume fields are editable. Annual production volume is auto calculated (Sumup value of each month volume entered)
