      When: User is in prioritization page
      Then: Question “Update the product filing only as consequence of a Supply, EHS, Quality or Financially driven Change ?(Change has no compliance impact/benefit).” should not be displayed under compliance

      Issue 1: 'Externally Funded' checkbox is not available under financial info page.

      1. Navigate to PAC home page and create new PAC
      2. enter all necessary details and navigate to financial information page

      Expected: 'Externally Funded' checkbox should be available next to summary tab

      Actual: 'Externally Funded' checkbox is not available. refer attached snapshot (PAC-Externally Funded checkbox.PNG)

      Issue 2: Compliance question is not removed

      1. Navigate to PAC home page and create new PAC
      2. enter all necessary details and navigate to prioritization page

      Expected: under compliance, question “Update the product filing only as consequence of a Supply, EHS, Quality or Financially driven Change ?(Change has no compliance impact/benefit).” should not be displayed

      Actual: Question is displayed. refer to attached snapshot (Compliance question.png)
