Issue: Parent comments are not visible in child SKU in pulse

Navigate to RSR homepage and search for a SKU with parent-child relationship (Say: F000204788)
Select the Fcode and open pulse window
verify both child and parent comments are visible in the pulse

Expected: both parent and child SKU comments should be visible.

Actual: Parent comments are not visible in child SKU. refer attached snapshots
