Upstream - Dev - User is unable to update PIR details when UOM is changed for one of the SKUs

Issue 2: When multiple Materials are selected in the PIR and the UOM is changed for one of the SKU then user is unable to update the PIR for other SKUs whose UOM is not changed

1. Navigate to Upstream SR
2. filter and select more than one Material say ('H000004321', 'H000005088')
3. Select the material H000005088 and change UOM say to KG
4. Select the material H000004321
5. Update the receipt and demand quantity

Expected: Proj Inv should updated based on updated qty.

Actual: Proj Inv is not updated. refer attached snapshot 'Multiple SKU - PIR update.png'
