Modify logic for 'Potential Similar PACs' tab

The requirement is to check the potential similar PAC which match the listed parameters with “AND” condition.

i.e. only when the PAC with same PAC record type, same org site, common product, common dosage form and common market = identify as similar PAC

common means, if user want to create a PAC with 5 products , there is an existing PAC123 with 15 products, and 5 of them are common with the new PAC. then it is part of the criteria of similar PAC
