Addition of columns in MOT extract table for Critical Shipment - Khiroshini

Addition of the below columns in MOT extract for the analysis of critical shipment data
the Lead times will heavily affect ( need to insert a new record as submitted in comments mention version check removal, and consider the reversal date as day 1 and start the LNO lead time counting from that date). The below requests are also for Cancelled shipments
