TC EXEC - Add tags to differentiate Parent and Child comment

Currently in Pulse, it is difficult to differentiate between the Parent and child comments, to fix  this, adding tags are suggested for each comment - mentioning whether it is a Parent comment or a child (preferably with different color coding)
