Override Actual Arrival At Market

Problem Statement

1. "Actual arrival at market" should come from Trackit system, but it does not work. Please check why it was not showing up. e.g. F000000709 - SOUTH KOREA HW0033, Status QI ,but "Actual arrival at market" is blank. 

2. and Markets may need to override the Actual arrival at market date .

Acceptance criteria 

1. Debug, to fix the Trackit data issue and display the Actual arrival at market date if it is available.

2. and pls make "Actual arrival at market " become automatic (from Trackit) but overridable (by user), similar to "Estimated Arrival at LSP" field, once user override the date, the field highlighted with yellow box and system will not capture the Trackit data again.
