Change product scope in PAC

Problem statement: 

The current product list in product scope is the entire list of product in APO master data, while some of the items are obsoleted.

Users find difficult to search for active items, so PMO suggest to remove any item with  

Acceptance criteria 

The suggestion from master data team is to add the below logic on top of the current PAC product scope query.

MAT_PLANT_STATUS <> 'OM’ from UDH table  ECC_MATERIAL_PLANT
