Rel11.0 - Reg - Packaging Supply Review - User is not navigated to Alert overview or filter tab on click of 'Clear PIR'

1. login to Packaging supply review and click filter
2. select a material from alert overview, click close and navigate to PIR
3. click on clear PIR

Expected: Selected SKU should be cleared from PIR and user should be navigated to alert overview tab

Actual: User is not navigated to alert overview tab. refer attached snapshot
