      Given: BSL/PPL user has logged in and created a SPA record
      When: Registration required is 'Yes' and 'Yes' is selected in the following popup
      Then: User should be navigated back to SPA record to search and select PAC.

      1. BSL/PPL user has logged in and navigated to SPA homepage
      2. Create a SPA record and select Registration required as 'Yes'
      3. click 'Yes' in the Popup

      Expected: User should be navigated to the SPA record to search and select PAC.

      Actual: Screen is not navigated to active SPA record and its frozen. refer attached snapshot.
