      Any planned order within the firm horizon should be deleted when releasing and overwrite update of an existing firm order.
      Also, overwriting and existing firm order should create a new firm order instead of replacing the current one.

    Description

      As a PC1planner, I need the system to create new orders (planned/firmed) instead of overwriting any existing Firm order. 

      Firm orders may not be updated outside the OCR process. 

      If an existing Firm order is selected, when hitting the 'Release' button, the system will not updated the existing firm order but will create a new order instead.

      In addition, when releasing a firm order, any planned order with a date before should be deleted.
