TC EXEC - Add Product Category for PAC

Problem statement:

Incorporate the new Product Category logic (replace MAM and MBE with STD) 

Business change the list of product category as attached powerpoint.

The idea is to

1. rename the "Prioritized" to "Top Priority",
2. rename "Deprior./Harvest" to "Deprioritized"
3. group the products under "Maintain-AM/MBE" to " Standard Priority".

However, please note this is the actual change in SAP , deploy in prod by end May. 

e.g. Product A was "MAINTAIN - AM",  because of the SAP Description updates, it would become "DO NOT USE" , so Business will change its category from "DO NOT USE" (old name Maintain-AM) to "STANDARD PRIORITY". This update will be done in SAP by end May.

We should use the Category Key in the logic. so we just need to add the new "STD" and the remaining logic does not change. 

i.e. in case any product assigned as "MAM" then, they should have the same logic as "STD". 

Acceptance criteria:

The priority logic calculation in PAC , need to fit the new list of product category. 

The priority should change for any Open PAC only.

No priority change on any Closed PAC (Cancelled/Rejected/Regulatory Complete)
