Rule logiv to be updated to accomodate different tolerances between Bucharest and Cassablanca

If Check material_type = "FERT" at Source when Total Demand at Source > 0 

AND Source location has SNP Location Type = "LC-IN-STOCK" (from LOC3 table) 

AND MRP Controller is 'EDC','NDC','ECC' or 'NCC' 

IF MinShelfLife at source < 60% of TotalShelfLife at market + 30 days then "FAIL"

IF MinShelfLife at source >= 60% of TotalShelfLife at market + 30 days then "PASS"

IF multiple destinations - take the one with lowest MinShelfLife
