Regression 10.1-S2O: Exact duplicate Location mapping is not showcasing any popup message for duplicate

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal credentials.
2. Click on the Setup button from the home screen.
3. Click on Location Mapping tab.
4. Enter a new row exactly with existing data and click on Save button.
5. Observe the results.

Expected results:

User should be able to see the error message as a pop-up.

Actual result:

User is unable to see the error message and seeing a different message, but functionality is not changed, the new data is not saving
