Regression 10.1-S2O: After upload process Viatris Daily user is unable to see the Balance Order Qty in Evaluate screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal with valid credentials.
2. Upload ORD orders through upload process.
3. Search the above created orders in the home screen
4. The orders are in submit NOR state.
5. Now select the order, click on Evaluate request button
6. Observe the results.

Expected result:

User should be able to see the Balance Order Qty in the Evaluate screen.

Actual result:

User is unable to see the Balance Order Qty in the Evaluate screen.
