TC PREP - AFW - Warning for users to only create AFWs above 10k USD

Problem Statement:

The AFWs should only be raised when the total value of AFW is greater than 10kUSD. Currently there is no warning/message for the users for the same. We want to place a warning message as soon as the user tries to create a new AFW.

For this the ideal placement of the warning would be after the user selects AFW type.

Acceptance Criteria:

• user should be able to see the warning message as soon as the AFW type is selected.
• If the user selects proceed - they should be able to create an AFW further
• If the user selects cancel - the AFW should not be created
