LM-Filter option is not available for column 'Critical Shipment' under Alert Overview and LM Batch details table

1. Navigate to LM module and filter
2. In the Alert Overview, 'Critical shipment' field should be displayed by default
3. Select a material and navigate to LM batch details table.

Expected: In both Alert Overview and LM Batch details table for Critical shipment field filter option should be displayed.

Actual: filter option is not displayed for Critical shipment field in both Alert Overview and LM Batch details table 

Note: Same is applicable for EU process too
