S2O Parameters filter collated issues

Issues:

1. When the applies S2O parameter values and click on the clear alerts/clear all buttons, still the S2O parameter label exist, and user is again able to select the value and click on filter still the filter works.
2. When the user applies a parameter filter, still able to give some random text along with the parameter entered and still able to filter the changes
