PCM - NPL Event - Bring in "Ship Date" new read only field in Date Section - Backend

Problem Statement

For the NPL PCM events, leadership is after establishing lead time measurements in order to accelerate the delivery to market. Currently PCM misses 2 key milestones that are required for the lead time measurement:

• Ship Date from plant or LC (logic for location and movement type to be confirmed....maybe consult with squad who worked on last mile?)

We would like to have those 2 milestones included in the PCM Date section screen (as per included screenshot)

Potential UDH table to utilize could be PGSUDH_DL_PROD.PGSUDH_CDM.ECC_MATERIAL_MOVEMENTS

Acceptance Criteria

• For NPL PCM incidents, the 3 new date miletones are available as read only field (fetched from material movement for SAP Code, Mkt location and movement types 101 for receipt, 321 for release)
• Dates are to be picked up for the 1st batch ever shipped, receipted and released at the market (not the subsequent one)
• Data is to be fetched daily the moment the SAP code is documented, until the dates are captured...
• Fields are included on the screen as per enclosed screenhot
• Those 3 new fields are only visible for NPL event types
• Those 3 fields are reflected in the PCM excel reports and tableau PCM databases (PCM and NPL ones)
