[Regression][UAT] Unable to submit NOR order

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal with valid credentials.
2. Click on Filter button and select a SKU from the Alert overview section.
3. Select the SKU from PIR grid.
4. Click on Submit NOR button enabled.
5. In New Order Request pop-up screen, fill all the mandatory fields and click on Submit button.
6. Observe the results.

Expected result:

User should be able to click on Submit NOR and new order ID is generated.

Actual result:

User is unable to Submit NOR.
