IM43933511 SupplyIQ Active T-Lane Part 2

Issues Description:

F000036505 - RU01 active t-lane is showing as No however all logics are being followed to make the t-lane active. This is happening for a number of Russia materials and want to understand how we can make these show as active.

As i'm aware the logic is:

T-Lane block indicator = ‘Not blocked’

Product Specific  MOT = 'Yes'

All Products Flag in MOT = 'No'

Analysis:

I have checked for this f code F000036505 - RU01 location, the active T-lane is set to No. Please check this logic and help to fix this issue with all the impacted materials.
