[PC1 Process] The Existing records with updates are not getting reflected with changes and Action is not changed to Submit OCR

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal with valid credentials.
2. Click on Upload button under the switch view.
3. Now, in Upload screen do upload records already existing in the S2O but change the Need By Date/Qty and click on Submit button.
4. User should be able to see the system generated message saying -"Orders has been submitted successfully".
5. Now observe the results.

Expected results:

1. User should be able to see the Same S2O Order generated for the submitted records.
2. User should be able to see the History for the Above Order with updated Need By Date/Qty and Action is Submit OCR.

Actual results:

1. User is unable to see the S2O order for the 2nd record for the submitted records.
2. User is unable to see the updated Need By Date/Qty for the Above orders submitted and no record has been updated for the Order.
