Include rejection movements for 95% consumed qty calculation

Problem Statement:

Currently, for a batch if >95% qty is released, the batch is marked as "Goods Released" in the system. But the current logic is not covering the rejection movements, the ask is to consider qty under 344 and 350 movements as well in the total calculation.
