1. Create a PAC

2. Navigate to PAC detail view and click edit changes

3. updated anything say (Add Product scope or add a contact) and click on save

4. Confirmation message 'PAC saved successfully" is not displayed and the screen is struck and spinning.

5. Refresh the page, the changes are saved
