Rel 9.4 - Regression - LM - EU Release - Saved values for Additional req fields are not displayed under LM manual entry after refresh

1. Navigate to LM and select EU release process and filter
2. select a material and navigate to LM batch details table
3. Select material from batch details table and navigate to LM manual section
4. enter values other than NA for additional req fields (License,ART ,M3 ,Temp, API  CoA, Docs, SZL and Testing) & click save
5. Values are saved and details are displayed under LM batch details and history
6. Reselect the material again from batch details and navigate to manual entry.
7. Entered values are not displayed under manual section.
