GSA Alerts - delete option (front)

Admin users and Alert's creators request to have a "Delete" option for Alerts created by mistake. We want to have additional Column (not visible at entry / default view) which contain option " Delete: 

How this button works?

• Button is active only for "Closed" Alerts
• When user clicks on "Delete" button for Alert which is not "Closed" (ie. Developing or Open) pop-up says: “Only “Closed” Alert can be deleted.  Please close Alert and try again. ”
• Button is active only for Admin users and Alert's creator
• In case non-Admin or non-Creator user will click on Delete button pop-up should be generated: “Only the creator or an Admin may delete an Alert. Please contact the appropriate party to delete"
• When user clicks on “Delete” button for Alert which is in status “Closed” or “Blanks” pop-up says: “Do you want to permanently delete Alert from GSA Dashboard? Please note, only Alerts which were created by mistake can be deleted. Outdated Alerts should be kept in “Closed” status for future reference. By accepting this operation you confirm that this Alert does not contain valid information and you request to permanently delete it from GSA database” -> options for user to chose: "I confirm" and "Cancel"
• When user “I agree” the final warning will be prompted: “Confirm you agree that you’re not deleting information that is required to be saved. By confirming this operation Alert will be permanently deleted from GSA Dashboard” -> options for user: "I confirm" or "Cancel"

Please note: when Alert will be deleted the alert #ID should not be changed for other Alerts. It means, if Alert #25 was deleted we should have Alert #24 and Alerts #26 but Alert ID #25 will be restricted
